1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and SynchCast, concerning your access to and use of the SynchCast software application and website.

2. License and Usage

SynchCast is sold as a lifetime license for a specific major version. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software under the following conditions:

• Seat Limit: The license key is valid for use on 1 device at a time.
• Transfers: You may transfer your license to a new device by first releasing the seat from within the application on your old device.
• Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software. You may not distribute or share your license key publicly.

3. Payment Processing & Who You Contract With

You are contracting with us for every purchase, in both currencies. We are the seller of record, and Razorpay act solely as our payment gateway. Payment-related queries should come to us at sagarkushwah2510@gmail.com.

• Purchases in India (INR ₹299): paid by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. The rupee price is available only for purchases made in India; we ask your browser to confirm your location at checkout. Applicable Indian taxes are our responsibility.
• International purchases (USD $10.99): paid by international card. Any tax due in your own country on this purchase is your responsibility unless we state otherwise.

Because the licence key is delivered immediately on payment, you consent to immediate supply of digital content and accordingly waive any statutory cooling-off period. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee still applies — see our Refund Policy, which also covers delivery.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall SynchCast be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the software update process.
