About the Developer

SynchCast is built and maintained by Sagar Singh Kushwaha, an independent Windows developer working under Sanganix AI. It is not a side project of a larger company — support emails are answered by the person who wrote the code.

It exists because sharing a laptop's audio with a second pair of headphones is a genuinely common thing to want and Windows still has no good answer for it. The usual workarounds mean installing virtual audio drivers, granting admin rights, and then discovering the two devices drift out of sync after a few minutes anyway. SynchCast takes the opposite approach: it uses the WASAPI loopback that is already in Windows, so there are no drivers and no admin rights, and it continuously corrects for the clock differences between devices so the audio stays aligned over a whole film rather than a few minutes. Merchant of Record

Who sold you the licence depends on how you paid. Both routes deliver the same lifetime licence; only the seller differs.

Paid by card or UPI through Razorpay — we are the seller of record. Razorpay Software Private Limited act solely as our payment gateway. Invoices, payment queries and refunds are handled by us directly at the support address above.
Paid through Lemon Squeezy — Lemon Squeezy LLC are the reseller and Merchant of Record. They are the seller on your receipt, they charge and remit any sales tax or VAT due in your country, and their invoice is the one to use for accounting. Refunds for these orders are processed through them; write to us either way and we will sort it out.
