At Sanganix AI ("we", "our", or "us"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy applies to our desktop application SynchCast and its related website (synchcast.sanganixai.com).

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how users interact with our website. This helps us improve our marketing and website design. GA4 may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.

3. Data Collection in the App
SynchCast is designed to be a lightweight, local-first application. We do not collect telemetry, audio data, or usage statistics from the SynchCast desktop application. All audio processing happens entirely locally on your machine.
3. Payment and Licensing Data
We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a license for SynchCast, your transaction is processed directly by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card information.
Lemon Squeezy shares the following information with us so we can issue your license and provide support:
- Your name and email address
- Your license key and activation status
- Your order history and billing country (for tax purposes)

4. How We Use Your Data
The minimal data we receive from Lemon Squeezy is used strictly for:
- Verifying your license when you activate the app
- Providing customer support and processing refunds
- Sending critical updates regarding the software

- Right to Know: You can request information about the categories of personal data we have collected.
- Right to Delete: You can request the deletion of your personal data.
